Alliance Compacts: communication that pays off

When AmaZili revamps Alliance Compacts…

In 2003, keen to promote its machinery through an exclusive, brand-dedicated organisation, Takeuchi France entrusted Alliance Compacts with the distribution of its products.

With over twenty-five years’ experience in public works and the environment, Jean-Louis Grimaldi and Philippe Diconne distributed the entire range across the Rhône-Alpes, Burgundy and Franche-Comté regions.

In 2010, in response to customer demand, their range was expanded to include Hidromek backhoe loaders and excavators, as well as Solmec material-handling excavators.

Despite growing sales success, the company identified a lack of communication: it was perceived as a single-brand seller, and there was a lack of awareness of its range of services…

To address this, Alliance Compacts called on AmaZili to organise its marketing and communications strategy. Following consultation with the management team and an audit of the company, the website alliance-compacts.com was launched.

With a turnover of nearly €7 million in 2013, and thanks to the initiatives implemented by AmaZili, the company is forecasting growth of €1 million in 2014. This growth is expected to come from the spare parts and second-hand equipment divisions, driven by the new brand image conveyed by the new website.

“‘Understanding before action’ – that is our credo, and AmaZili has understood this perfectly. The superb graphic design and meticulous attention to detail on Alliance Compacts’ new website are the result of AmaZili’s keen attentiveness and total commitment.” Jean-Louis Grimaldi, Chairman of Alliance Compacts

And since then?

The target of one million euros has been comfortably exceeded: from nearly 7 million euros in 2013, Alliance Compacts’ turnover rose to 27.9 million in 2024, then to 25 million in 2025 (published accounts, sourced from Pappers).

In the meantime, using ArteZya, our no-code headless CMS, we have built the current Alliance Compacts website, as well as that of AC Mécaservices, part of the same group.
